Returns for online purchases

You can return ordered goods without any problem. Please read the following conditions for getting your product returned:

  • You contact us by e-mail or returns form within 14 days after you received your order that you wish to return.
  • The goods will be received within 14 days after contacting us.
  • The goods and packaging must be returned in their original condition, complete and intact.
  • You use the return information which you received in your email.
  • Inadequate or unsufficient stamped returns will not be accepted.
  • Please do not write on the box, but stick on an envelope or A4 and write there.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products.

When the return has been received, your purschase amount will be transfered within 14 days. Only when returning the entire order, the customer gets credited the shipping costs for the next shipment. The consumer shipping costs are not reimbursed. When we reimburse you, we are entitled to withhold transaction or banking fees. This will not exceed the actual charges incurred for the payment method. We recommend you to sign the package before returning it to us. Keep your proof of shipment properly. Once we receive your return, you will be receive a notification per email.

Refund amount
We review each returned product entirely for completeness, damage and malfunction. At incompleteness, damage or defect, you will contact you about the settlement.


Warranty

We offer you a 2 year warranty on products, excluding non LED light bulbs.
