Return options after purchase in our showroom

When you have purchased a product after visiting our showroom, different conditions apply than when you have ordered a product online. Even if you place the order via our webshop after visiting our showroom, or if you have paid an offer sent by e-mail online, this is also excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. After all, you have seen the product before purchasing.

If you want to exchange or return within 7 days of purchase, we offer the following options:

  • After return you will receive a credit of your purchase amount, which you can spend in its entirety on the purchase of another available product from our range.
  • You will receive the purchase amount back, on which we deduct a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase amount for inspecting, testing and packaging returned items. (Please note! This can be deviated from based on inspection, see section "Inspection".
  • In certain cases we can decide to return a different purchase amount than the above mentioned return, the decision and conditions are always with us.

Inspection

We will subject all returns to an inspection and test for full functioning and new condition. In the event that the product is found to be incomplete, improper, defective or otherwise damaged, as a result of which it is not salable as new, we will charge an amount for this. The amount depends on the amount of time and materials required to return the product to new condition.

Exceptions

Special order products are not included in the return options. These are products that are made on order, products that are processed (extension of electricity, spraying, welding, etc.)

We are entitled at any time to refuse your request for return in its entirety, without any refund being required.
